1. Processing Times

• Standard Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to inspect and prepare your order for shipment.

• Made-to-Order / Pre-orders: Please refer to the specific timeline noted on the product page, as these pieces are crafted with artisanal care.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs. All delivery windows are estimates from the date of shipment:

Note: Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to be shipped the same day.

3. Signature Requirement

To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the package.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's progress via the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping

Arel NY proudly ships to select international destinations. Please note that:

• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by Arel NY.

• Delivery times for international shipping vary by location but typically range from 7–14 business days.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our concierge immediately at info@arelny.com or (800) 444-9999. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Arel purchase. If for any reason your item is not the right fit, please review our return policy carefully.

Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted by email to returns@arelnewyork.com within 3 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Your email must include:

  • Item name(s)

  • Reason for return

Note: If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos.

Return Eligibility

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

• • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • No makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or odors.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Return Window

Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the authorization email. Returns shipped late may be refused.

Sale Items

All sale items, items marked FINAL SALE, and items purchased at a discount above our stated threshold are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credit

• • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Final Notes

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy. Arel is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
