Orders & Shipping
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options through Shop Pay at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free installments.
Do you offer gift wrapping or signature packaging?
Every Arel order arrives in our signature packaging, suitable for gifting. We do not include pricing on the packing slip. If you would like to include a handwritten note, please enter your message at checkout.
How soon will my order ship?
We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We work quickly to get your pieces to you. If you need to make a change, please email us immediately at orders@arelnewyork.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Products & Sizing
The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
We produce our collections in limited runs to ensure exclusivity and quality. While core styles may be replenished, seasonal pieces are often limited edition. We recommend signing up for the "Back in Stock" notification on the product page to be the first to know if a piece returns.
How do I know which size to order?
Because we curate high-end pieces from various designers, sizing can vary. We recommend checking the specific Size Guide located on each product page.
I’m between sizes. What do you recommend?
If you are unsure about the fit of a specific garment, please contact our styling team at info@arelnewyork.com before placing your order. We are happy to provide specific measurements or fit advice.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must email returns@arelnewyork.com for authorization. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
How do I know if my item is eligible for return?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during specific promotional events are not eligible for return.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the unlikely event that you received a damaged or incorrect item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
Product Care
How should I care for my Arel pieces?
We recommend following the specific care instructions on the garment’s inner tag. For our premium fabrics (silk, wool, cashmere), we generally recommend professional dry cleaning to maintain the longevity and quality of the piece.
