Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Arel purchase. If for any reason your item is not the right fit, please review our return policy carefully.

Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted by email to returns@arelnewyork.com within 3 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Your email must include:

    • Order number

    • Item name(s)

    • Reason for return

Note: If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos.

Return Eligibility

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

    • No makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or odors.

    • All original tags must be attached.

    • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Return Window

Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the authorization email. Returns shipped late may be refused.

Sale Items

All sale items, items marked FINAL SALE, and items purchased at a discount above our stated threshold are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credit
    • Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs.

    • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

    • Store Credit: May be offered at our discretion.

Shipping
    • Original Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at returns@arelnewyork.com within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Final Notes

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy. Arel is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
